Delete your White Lights account

You can delete your account and associated personal data from the app or request deletion here without reinstalling it.

In the app: open Settings, choose Account and verification, then choose Delete account and personal information. Confirm the deletion when asked.

Request deletion without the app

Email [email protected] from the address connected to your White Lights account and use the subject White Lights account deletion request.

If the account uses an Apple private relay address or the request comes from a different address, we may ask for a narrow account-verification step before deleting it. Do not send a password, identity document, selfie, federation document, or Google or Apple credential.

What deletion removes

  • White Lights account sessions and Apple or Google provider links.
  • The account email, synced My Passport selection, saved public careers, rivals, units, and notification choices.
  • Athlete-written persona content and pending verification evidence references connected to the account.
  • The connection between the White Lights account and its RevenueCat customer identifier.

What deletion does not remove

Public competition records come from OpenPowerlifting and are not account data. Deleting a White Lights account does not remove or change those source records.

Account deletion does not automatically cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel or manage the subscription in the platform account that purchased it.

Minimal pseudonymized decision history without raw evidence may remain when needed for appeals, conflicts, abuse prevention, security, or legal obligations. The Privacy Policy describes this limited retention.

Data stored only on a device

Deleting an account does not reach a device you no longer control. Use White Lights Settings to clear local app data, clear the app's storage in Android or iPhone Settings, or uninstall the app. Health values, Passport photos, private meet plans, and approximate meet area are not uploaded to the White Lights account service.
